WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to the lower 48.  We offer Hawaii and Canada but the prices vary from 75%-100% more.  We don’t offer international shipping.

HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?

Call us at 907 224 7272.  We'd be happy to take your order over the phone!

WHAT MONTHS ARE YOU OPEN?

We operate from late May to early September, when the fish are the freshest.

what are your operating hours?

5am-9pm.  Keep in mind that any product brought in for processing from the hours 5am-10am may have a longer wait as we work with a smaller staff at this time.

WHO HANDLES MY FISH?

Our staff is trained with quality and with the safety of your fish in mind.  Our plant practices HACCP and each employee has a food handlers card.  We make sure that your fish is void of any contamination.

what if i don't want my fish?

We ask you to keep in mind how much fish you want to take home as you’re fishing.  Communicate with your captain if you think you’re catching more than you want to harvest.  If you decide by the end of your trip that you have too much fish and you want to donate some, you are welcome to donate to your incredible captain and crew as an extended thank you, or to others on your trip that may want more meat.  You can not sell nor will we buy your sport caught fish.  It is illegal to purchase and sell sport caught fish in Alaska.  If you decide to leave it with us, then we'll find someone to donate the fish to.

DO I GET MY FISH BACK?

ABSOLUTELY!!!  We pride ourselves on personalized packaging.  We promise that you receive your catch back and in the form you had requested.  Once you bring your fish to our weigh stands we take down all your information, weigh out each individual species, then tag your fish with your name and information on it.  This tag remains with your fish through every step of our process until you pick it up.

what shipping options do you offer?

We ship with Fedex and only use priority overnight to ensure the safety of your fish.

CAN I USE MY OWN FEDEX ACCOUNT FOR SHIPPING?

Unfortunately we don’t ship under any other accounts because in the event of a delayed shipment we need to be able to access Fedex immediately in order to make sure your package is handled properly.  The liability could fall back onto us without having control of the situation.

how long can you hold my fish?

If you process with us, we will hold your fish for you for 1 week.  Beyond that we do charge a daily rate of $5 for every 50 lbs.  During our peek season, our freezer space is usually hitting full capacity so we ask that you respect our rule and pick up your fish as soon as possible.

WHY PROCESS?

Vacuum sealing fish extends its' life by almost a year and a half in comparison to just putting it in a bag and throwing it in the freezer.  Vacuum sealing protects the product from oxygen leading to less bacteria growth.  Our packages will have a life span of about 2 years in your freezer.  We also rack and freeze your fish in our commercial grade freezers, making sure your product freezes properly in order to savor its' quality.
